Stories of Generosity
THE JOE FRANCESE COLLECTION

The Joe Francese Collection features
a wide range of Australian and

carved stones. It is one of the most

MEMORIAL FUND
Harry West was passionate about
Queensland’s history and heritage, on
land and water. He included a financial gift
in his Will to establish the Harry West
Memorial Fund, a perpetual fund to support
Queensland Museum.
Over the past 30 years, the Harry West
Memorial Fund has generated a sustainable
income stream, while the capital has been
invested and preserved. In this way, Harry’s
extraordinary philanthropic legacy continues
to make a significant contribution to what
Queensland Museum can achieve.
